CP – CP1 – CS – CS1 – CS2 – prepared heating cables

The heating cables are derived from C1P- C1S heating cords. They are supplied factory terminated or in required lengths, outputs and supply voltages. Heating cables are mainly used in domestic appliances, refrigeration and on some machines where either anti-freeze protection or temperature maintenance is required.

The heating cables are produced in these modifications:

CP

heating cable with PVC insulation, cold feed connections are insulated by glued contracting tubes

CS

heating cable with silicone insulation, cold feed connections are insulated by silicone moulds

CP1

heating cable with PVC insulation, cold feed connections are an integral part of the cable and the diameter ins´t expanded at the connection point

CS1

CS2

CV

Heating cable with fiberglass insulation. These cables are primarily used in laboratories and industrial applications, where quick heating to a high temperature is required. They are very flexible, but for they are sealed, they can only be used in a dry environment.
