Heating cables

For family and residential houses, where there are high requirements on the flexibility of the system, we recommend the use of the FTC 30 heating cable.

With its undisputable advatages being:

  • the cable can be shortened to any length during installation, while preserving the outptut for one meter,
  • it is powered from only one side, the other side of the cable has a blind ending,
  • its output is 30W/m, which is why it is installed into gutters and drains only once, without the need of mutual rozpírání,
  • the cable is frameless in drains thanks to the fact, that it contains two copper conductors with a sufficient diameter, therefore it does not need any hangers or strings in the drain,
  • the two previous qualities make the installation significantly easier and preserve the flow profile of the gutters and drains virtually unchanged. So the heating system does not catch any filth in gutters and does not obstruct the natural flow of the water.

FTC 30 - heating cable with constant output

The power conductors have silicon rubber insulation; the resistance wire is coated in elastomer insulation. The heating cable is also fitted with a copper braiding for mechanical protection and earthing. The outer jacket consists of thermoplastic insulation resistant to UV rays. The cable is divided into heating segments by 70cm. The heating output of the cable is 30 W/m. Feed 230V.

For industrial objects and vast buildings, where it is necessary to heat extensive gutters and drains, we recommend the use of a KYX heating cable, its advatages including:

  • a length of up to 300m in one piece,
  • a better price.

KYX - serial heating cable

A serial resistance heating cable consisting of the heating element, equipped with a silicone insulation, a copper tin-plated braiding and an outer XLPE jacket resistant to UV rays. A fixed loop length and the need to power it from both sides are characeristic qualities of this cable. Maximal output is 30W/m. Feed 230V or 400V.
