As a heating solution, the investor required the use of self-regulating heating cables with monitoring cables or signalling of error-free operation of the heating unit. The monitoring system complicated the project as a whole. To satisfy the requirements, we used self-regulating cables qmade by R-SCC company. In an extremely short time period and unfavourable meteorological conditions we installed 2900 m of series 2700 cables, 3000 m of series 2300 and 150 m of series 2000 cables with overall installed output of 122 kW.
Temelín nuclear power plant
As a supplier to ŠKODA PRAHA, a.s. between 2003 and 2004, REVOS put into operation heating of technological pipes on bridges, to serve as a protection from frost and to maintain optimal operation temperatures. Our activities include:

New snow and ice dual detector
The EBERLE group has developed a new EM 524 90 snow and ice dual detector. This regulator controls two independent circuits and thus performs the function of two EM 524 89 regulators. It can be used, for example, for the regulation of the heating of two opposite gutters (north and south) or gutters and an access road. more▸
